Randall Schrock

Randall Schrock was born in Peoria, Illinois and is lifelong resident of Morton, Illinois. His education began at Morton grade schools before moving on to Morton High School andgraduating in the year 1984. After high school graduation, Randall attended the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He continued his education by obtaining a Master’s in Business Administration through Illinois State University in Bloomington, Illinois. In 1988, Randall married his wife Lisa and began his career as Audit Manager at Henning, Strouse, Jordan and Stephens CPA’s in Bloomington, Illinois. In 1999, Randall started working at Federal Companies in the role of Assistant Controller. Ten years later, Randall became a co-owner of Federal Companies alongside fellow senior managers, Jeff Bogdan and Bill Cirone when the three purchased the company from the Ullman family in early 2009. During the spring of 2016, Randall and Jeff purchased Bill Cirone’s portion of the company, and Randall was promoted and continues to serve in the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Federal Companies. Today, Randall lives in his childhood home with his wife of 34 years, Lisa. The two have daughters, Rachel and Olivia, and son, Joel – as well – as two grandchildren. He is active in his church, enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and has volunteered at the Midwest Food Bank, Reading Buddies, and runs an annual clothing drive.
